User Agreement: Terms of Use

The graphics I have used for the site are for myself only, the same set is offered in other colors for linkware use.

Only banners and link buttons offered on the banners page are free to the public.

Blank buttons/headers are the only set elements that may be altered.

No part of the sets may be used in free graphic archives or other graphic archives.

Items are 'Linkware' meaning they are free for the link and as such all sets contain linkback buttons. Text only links may be used, but the matching graphic is preferred.

You may not redistribute the graphics, or include them in compilations or bulk dispersals of graphics whether free or for purchase.

Web Designers may use the graphics on pages they design for others, but may not charge for those graphics, and may not use graphics on their own pages.

• The designer must use the linkback image
• The designer may not represent themself as the creator or owner of the graphics.
